2009 Year of Change….

With the article, I do not intend to upset anyone that is of a different opinion, I am just sharing what is going on in so many lives now and how we can learn to work with the changes…

Emails, conversations and letters: along with evidence of personal changes, has me no longer questioning what is going on around us this year. We are being provided with an open door of manifestation: of what we want our future path to look like and the chance to release all our old habits, hidden emotions and fears.

In the last month I have been creating a picture of where I want to be as a practitioner, partner, state of health and financial freedom. In the last month my physical and emotional being has shifted 3 times: letting go of fear, feeling and releasing hurt and loss, and finally saying good bye to a consumable that is no longer acceptable by my body. Two of the shifts came about in separate dreams (both lead to healings the next day) and one shift was getting physically ill with the now not consumable. It will be an easier path of going forward, with these blocks and baggage gone. We will feel a lot freer than we have before. And the shifts are happening faster than before.

Over our life time we become comfortable with our life styles, old dreams and belief systems and we were taught this was all acceptable. When we are no longer resignating with these things, we have to learn to trust our instantiates and learn to make changes, regardless of what others are doing around us.

2009 is starting to be a powerful year of energy shifting and allowing us to go forward with a stronger or cleaner slate. We will always have those experiences and lessons that made us who we are, yet we can go forward without the emotional attachment and old beliefs that we have been holding onto.

Every month I go to Susan Millers website www.astrologyzone.com and print out my astrology report for the month. With reports like this, we are given an insight into how the energy of the planets has an effect on our lives. At the end of the month, I high light what did happen in my life and what was in the report. The New Moon and Solar eclipse on January 19^th was really strong, for many of us did not sleep well on Sunday night and some on Monday night. This was a big time for shifting.

Karen Bishop with www.whatsuponplanetearth.com is wonderful with explaining the changes in the energy and what we are experiencing in our lives. Right after reading one of Karen’s articles a friend repeated the same message. Our bodies will experience bouts of nausea, emotional changes, seeing repeated numbers (mine is 111), not sleeping, losing jobs… and so much more as we are entering the shift and making changes. Our vibration as humans is changing on so many levels.

While reading Moonstone Star Whites book “High Way From Hell” using Emotion to Fan the Fire of Enlightment: I am learning to embrace hidden emotions, then allowing them to be released. If we just try to release these emotions, they keep coming back until we confront them fully.

Back to 2009 being a year of Manifesting, changing and releasing old habits, thoughts and fears. No matter what your belief system is, we are receiving messages and changes in our lives to help us become the best we can be: happy, healthy and honoring our feelings and being opening to what we can manifest for our future. When we are at our best: physically, emotionally, and spiritually, this energy / vibration / light is felt by those around us. Honor yourself for your changes and those others for theirs. I do not believe that people will be left behind because they are not open to Spirituality and making changes. I believe that we all have the choice to become what we want and when we want, and I am so happy that I have so many friends and aquintances that are wiling to hear and share. If you are unsure, just ask your friends how they are feeling. Share. You will find that you are not alone. And if still in doubt and nervous about asking, we have many wonderful practitioners in our directory that are here to be of service. You will find someone that you will feel comfortable working with.

Dowsing Class

Location: Glamorgan Community Centre for the course (4207 – 41 Ave SW).

The dates are: February 4^th(part one) and March 4^th (part 2) at 6:30.

We will learn how to dowse for: negative earth radiation, geopathic stress lines, Electromagnetic Frequencies, residual thought forms which can create entities, and personal energy drains. The dowsing is a great complement to Feng Shui and adds another tool to actually measure and see the results of energy in your environment. It is exciting, fun and amazing to see immediate results.

Dandruff:

Dandruff can have several causes and is generally not caused by dry skin. The skin is usually moist, the dandruff a result of the skin shedding as the skin cells renew themselves. Those with excessive dandruff may be experiencing an overgrowth of yeast in the skin. Dandruff can also be caused by other factors such as trauma, hormones, sugar, carbohydrates and lack of vitamins and essential oils. There are also hair products that will cause dandruff: look at the ingredients and compare them to industrial products.

Some of the aids to help decreasing dandruff: natural environmental hair products, essential oils, Vitamin B Complex, Kelp, Vitamin E, Selenium. Along with vitamin A that helps to prevent dry skin, Vitamin C helps to strengthen the cells of the scalp.

Lemon Balm (Melissa)

Lemon Balm is a perennial and a member of the mint family. Originally found in the Mediterranean and in Europe. It is now being grown and cultivated in the United States. Lemon Balm Lemon has a lemony scent and it attracts bees: hence the nick name of Melissa. (Melissa: meaning of honey)

Parts used: the leaves and extracted oils.

Benefits of:

Lemon Balm can be used for its oils on the skin to repel mosquitoes. The leaves can be used in a herbal tea for it calming abilities in stressful situations. Also used for fatigue, headaches, colds, flu, insomnia, indigestion, influenza, Graves Disease, and nervous system.

Lemon Balm has antibacterial and antiviral properties that have been used in treatment for the herpes simplex. It is advised that those using Thyroxine, not to consume Lemon Balm, as the herb will stop the absorption of some thyroid medications.

Lemon Balm can be found in essential oils used in aromatherapy, but usually combined with other oils.

Whole leaves or crushed leaves are used in cooking as a garnish or fresh ingredient in dressings and sauces.
