This is a topic that could be discussed for days and there will always be a
new chapter to the discussion.
 
Over the years, we have gotten away from some of the many toxic things that were being used, but along with that, we lost a lot of the old teachings that our grandparents shared concerning our health.
 
We can now say more about why many people have allergies and how to provide a healthier life for the allergy sensitive person.  Where as, years ago, one may have been deemed as the frail one or sickly child with no options.  The stories from the grandparents on how cinnamon and cloves work for toothaches.  Or hot compresses to steam out the sickness by getting the body to sweat out the toxins. 
 
We don’t have the old herbalist that travels for miles selling herbs and concoctions (of which some worked very well, others????).  But we do have many that are selling, manufacturing and supplying products that we can use and not get scared about having severe reactions.  Years of research, testing and being organic minded has created a much safer world for us.  These suppliers are here to help improve our lives: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  When one is able to buy glutton free bread, or herbal based products with no chemicals to enhance the scents, ones world is a lot brighter.

It occurs to me while on holiday that many people never really get a vacation. They have an ill loved one than needs constant care; they don’t have enough money; they are afraid of leaving home or a hundred other reasons.
 
In a paradise setting I see extensive and filthy makeshift communities of homeless people. Tents and tarpaulins litter the beachside park. My heart goes out to them in compassion for their choices and willingness to accept such limitation; but I do not see them as victims.
 
Saying Yes
Our job as enlightened beings is to say yes to it all. We often feel sorry for homeless people or minimum wage workers. Compassion is one thing. It is lovely, aligning and conscious of our at-one-ment with others. Feeling sorry for others is another thing. When we feel sorry for people we have simply forgotten they are creators, not victims. We have judged their circumstances as awful.
 
Freedom
Oftentimes we do not even know the real story behind their situations. For some, such ‘housing’ is a step up from something. It may represent freedom from abuse, bills, burdens, family, debt or even isolation.

House Hold Products
Saw an advertisement on the TV about an upcoming program on house hold toxins and a child with an inhaler in his mouth.
 
I know that most of you that read this newsletter know how dangerous house hold products are and how they can  affect us. This also includes other chemicals, perfumes, colognes and other sprays that are found in homes.  These products when used are inhaled, absorbed into the skin, in the carpets, linen and are on our clothes. 
 
I can smell chemical products a mile away and they are always sure to trigger a bad headache.  What about the little ones who don’t understand what is happening to them.  They are put on inhalers with steroids, getting bad stomach aches, migraines, burns on their skin, weak muscles and not able to concentrate.  There are cleaning products that are in a pad form that leave chemical burns on the little ones skin. 
 
For adults, they have used these products for so long that they do not realize that the chemicals have damaged their smell or nerve endings.  For those of us who do know better – can we find a kind and gentle way to share the message to others that are intoxication their homes and the people in them?  I had a hard time sharing the info to a family member that the reason I got miserable when they came over, is that his cologne gave me a bad headache.  This fellow was awesome, he will not wear the stuff now when visiting. 
 
The picture of the child with the inhaler was scary, as it happened when I left my daughters at a relatives place for a weekend years ago.  The toxins in that house triggered a bad reaction that would not have happened in my home and the effects lasted quit a long time.

Immune:   As an antioxidant, chlorella will boost the immune system, with amino acids such as Lysine and many more. 
Other:  Also to help eliminate bad breath and underarm odor.  Chlorella is rich in protein and has more B12 than liver.  Chlorella is prescribed by many dentists after the old mercury fillings are removed.  Its ability to remove heavy metals such as mercury and toxins is well known.   The production Interferon can be increased with Chlorella and this will help to reduce allergy and cold symptoms.

“The Life You Were Born to Live”.   A guide to finding your life purpose:  by Dan Millman.  I mentioned this book in a previous newsletter and got the chance to really get into it.  Amazing how well this book can describe a persons life, whether they are on their path or not.  I even looked up other family members by their birth numbers and the details were so on the button.  
Borrow this book or pick one up.  It is good.
