Ion Cleanses – Foot Baths

Ion cleanses helps the body to detoxify through the bottom of the feet. It helps to draw out the harmful build up of toxins, heavy metals, candida, etc.

Reflexology has been used for a long time and the process allows detoxification through the feet along witth increasing the oxygen flow to the organs in the body. The Ion Cleanses or foot baths, provides a way for the body to release the toxins out of the body, through the feet, along with helping the body to heal too. Though it is known that our liver, skin, bowels, lungs and kidneys are the main source to release toxins, our feet have over 20 pores and can release a lot of toxins in 20 – 30 minutes.

My first experience to see this happen, was instant belief. When you see the water, clear and clean, turn dark with oily brown, black and green bubbles. Flecks of white in the water, and the water looks like sewage. Not a pretty picture, yet you can see what we can caring with us. Then when you sit beside someone and do the foot bath at the same time (difference basins and same source of water), and you see the difference in the water afterwards, you know something pretty amazing is going on.

I have seen several foot baths, and the higher end ones have the copper / brass color pots for the feet and the machines sit on a table top. I have seen the foot bathes where the operator is using a battery post hook up and those look intimidating and not as effective. The electromagnetic currant created by the foot bath is to equal the electromagnetic force of the body.

There are cautions out there that if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, on blood thinners or epileptic, you may want to avoid the foot bath.

Benefits of the foot baths are substantial. Through out our lives, we are faced with toxins in our environment at home, play, school and work. We are given vaccinations with mercury and other chemicals. pesticides on our food, and I could go on forever. When the foot baths start to release these toxins out of our system, our physical health changes for the better. From lessening headaches, arthritis, MS symptoms, back pain, allergies, in some cases stiff bodies and more.

LIGHT

Light falls without preference or prejudice.

Light gives definition, form, clarity.

Light creates shadow in the very same moment it appears.

Light uplifts, renews, engenders hope and joy.

Light relieves the oppressiveness of darkness.

Light exposes and darkness withdraws.

Light and Love

Replace all the ideas above with the thought of Love. Love does the same things, even more so, for Love comes from within, coupled with feeling. So too as we embrace more and more light, our bodies raise their vibrations and our DNA changes to enable us to hold even more light. The light that we are embodying is the reflection of Love; both divine and human, for there is no difference.

Two Rooms

Think of two rooms separated by a single door. Imagine one room filled with Light and the other room completely dark. When the door between is opened, which room is affected? Light shines into the dark. Darkness does not move into the light! When light even a little light shines, it dispels darkness.

The Edge

We stand at the edge of the shift where shadow and light meet. It is always darkest at this border because the contrast is exaggerated making visibility beyond the perimeter appear more obscured. This false dark is merely contrast; for when the dark gets darker, the light gets lighter. Those of us standing at the edge may find it difficult to see our compatriots, brothers and sisters who seem to also stand alone. But we are there and in great numbers. Consciousness has encouraged us to arrive at these moments of immense change. We participate simply by our presence. We need do nothing. Simply acknowledge All is in Divine alignment and perfect as it is.

Triality

We are no longer in the realm of simple duality: good and bad, light and dark. We have chosen to be here now, at this time of the great shift in consciousness, to witness and partake in it. It is driven by Love, Light and Joy, a potent triality. There are many shades of grey, variations of judgment and other options to perceive. Our choices are unlimited.

Conspiracy

There are many dark machinations occurring now that would be easy to focus on. We hear of this group and that shady situation from well intentioned Lightworkers seeking to create awareness and educate us. Such discussions often excite fear within us. Once activated, this fear only adds to the sum total of fear in the universe. Fear is only one choice. Simply be informed and refrain from fear by choosing to focus on forgiveness or love or joy or something happy.

Working With Darkness

As we acknowledge darkness in all its forms: physical, mental, emotional or spiritual; our job is to embrace that darkness into wholeness, without resistance. Should we chose to resist, war against, exclude or remain separate, we have added to the strength of that darkness. Darkness is all about separation, lack, resistance, non-forgiveness, fear and all that is non-loving. We are in the process of creating our realities through consciousness.

It is of great importance how you choose your focus, for the time of instant manifestation draws near. Your choice to focus on Light, though you know not the exact outcome of these times, feeds myriad pinpoints of Light in the Universe, creating more and more balance and movement towards wholeness. Your constant choices to re-center yourself in the Light are very important in this time of shift.

The Work

Acknowledge the existence of fear based things but embrace them into wholeness. This is the real job of Lightworkers. Nothing less than transmutation off all that appears to be in shadow is The Work. It is done by allowing and loving the existence of shadow workers; surrounding them with Light and Love. Resistance and hatred are not of the Light, they are merely lacking Love. It is within your power to give them love. Stop resistance; for what you resist persists. Do not condone or participate; simply allow and Love. Prayer gives an opportunity for those participating to accept higher vibrations surrounding them when they choose to. This is how miracles occur.

(how to keep your family allergy & toxin free)

It floors me when I see people spray bug spray everywhere when applying it to their bodies. Or spray it in the air, to show that they have some??? Just visited Skin Deep, a site that lists all the toxins in products. There are two major mosquito spray products for the human body to use, yet studies have shown that the ingredients in this spray can be linked to allergies, immunotoxiciy, cancer, developmental and reproductive problems, problems for the organs, irritation for the skin, eyes, lungs, and bad for skin absorption. Holy cow…. spray this product directly on the skin….

The products contain: N,n-Diethyl-Meta-Toluamide, Related Isomers, Inert Ingredients (95%), Ethyl Alcohol, and Fragrance. We all know that even the fragrances placed into products are bad for our neurological development. Then there is a warning not to use near acetate, rayon, or varnished surfaces like cars. Now, if this, I assume will eat through these products, what happens when our body absorbs the product? What does it eat through in us? From 1 – 10 (highest) on the hazard list on the Skin Deep site, it rates at a 7.

How about using an essential oil? I did a search on Lavender (as I was told it is a good bug spray for the body). Lavender came in really low (1 – 2) for toxicity and is very beneficial wholistically. For use against mosquitoes, for better sleep, and so much more. How about Eucalyptus? Or Lemon Grass? Another good natural bug repellant and would have more benefits internally (though used externally) than other options. In some areas where one is exposed to lots of mosquitoes, the participants in events will eat bananas before going on the journey to keep bugs away. And those around you won’t be subjected to chemicals in their air space.

Lemon Grass (Cymbopogon Citratus)

Known as: barbed wire grass, silky heads, citronella grass, cha de Dartigalongue, fever grass, Hierba Luisa or Gavati Chaha

Contains:

Vitamins:

Minerals: calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, zinc

Other: alpha-pinene, beta sitosterol, caryophyllene, citral, farnesol, geraniol, limonene, luteolin, myrcene, quercitin, rutin, saponin, triacontanol.

The leaves and stems are used for teas and fragrances. The plant originated in India, grown in Isreal and can also be found in many other countries

Organs: Skin: As an antistrigent (causing the skin to draw tight to stop the bleeding) Stomach: digestive aid and good for the intestinal tract

Blood: This herb is excellent for fighting cancer cells.

Studies done (excerpt sent to me): “It all began when researchers at Ben Gurion University of the Negev discovered last year that the lemon aroma in herbs like lemon grass kills cancer cells in vitro, while leaving healthy cells unharmed. The research team was led by Dr. Rivka Ofir and Prof. Yakov Weinstein, incumbent of the Albert Katz Chair in Cell-Differentiatio n and Malignant Diseases, from the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at BGU.” The citral in the lemongrass is the ingredient that the cancer cells do not like.
Immune: This herb helps to reduce fevers, the flu, headaches and has antifungal properties. This herb is used a lot with Ayurvedic medicine in relieving cough and nasal congestion.

Other: Also used for perfumes for its lemony fragrance and in teas for those who are fighting cancer. Used in Asian dishes. It can also be used as a pesticide and a preservative.

“Ask and It is Given” Learning to manifest your desires. The book is by Jerry & Esther Hicks. This is an excellent book to have on hand, it has exercises to help enhance your power of thought, to censor how you are thinking and to provide the ability to manifest your dreams.

Gardening

I have been putting away fruit and veggies for the winter, whether in the freezer, by canning or other methods. We still have a bit more time for gathering - whether it is potatoes, carrots, beets or herbs. I have heard that after the full moon in September, it is not good to gather the herbs any more.. So to be cautious, I will have had lots put away by now: by either drying the herbs or putting some in the freezer. Getting dill from the freezer during the winter, is almost like having it fresh. Smells soooooo good. And I love to put dried sage on the turkey at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The aroma again, is amazing.

This is a great time of the year to preplan for the spring. I think I will be cutting down on some of my gardens and start using the chip wood and a decorative borders in some spots where the perennials have become a nuisance. Good time to trim down the rose bushes, and since I have a fire pit, I place the branches in there to dry, before the next campfire. I trimmed down my sage plants last year and the ones that got trimmed did not go to flower this year. I have not used any fertilizer on my rose bushes in a couple of years and have not gotten bugs on them since. Lucky? Definitely grateful.

Some of us have a hard time with seeing the summer fade away, so I find ways to prolong the summer by pre planning and starting on new projects for the next summer. What can you grow in your garden next year that can be harvested for the winder. Easy to do, fun to watch grow, and grown locally.
