It is suggested that when we are starting to work with herbs, vitamins and
minerals, that we seek a herbalist or well trained person to help us
out. When taking herbs etc. there are many aspects to consider, our
current health, past history and sensitivities. Herbs are a wonderful way
to help our physical and mental healing: the herbs take a bit longer to
start to work, yet the effects are longer lasting and aid in healing our
bodies: inside
and out.
