Becoming aware of who we are

The consciousness of humanity is unfolding and becoming more self-aware, leading us into a new experience and understanding of the soul in its many aspects. We have begun to understand that when we are sufficiently seated within our soul we create more meaningful and purposeful lives based on inner wisdom and consciousness.

We are reconnecting with an ancient part of our brain that has awareness and consciousness and is in union with the soul at all times.

We are starting to know how to take responsibility for how we live and what we are thinking. We know that we can choose to respond instead of react and that we can choose how we relate to ourselves and to each other. Neglect of soul, denial, addictions, and attachment no longer seem to be choices we are willing to live with.

            When the soul is neglected, it doesn’t just go away. It appears symptomatically in depression, loss of purpose, loss of direction, distraction, and addictions. Our past temptations were to isolate these emotions or even try to eradicate them from our lives, thinking this would solve our problems. In the past, we lost our wisdom about the soul or awareness of it. Now we are developing the understanding that it is the vital core of our being.

            We are beginning to understand that we have been resisting the natural movement of our soul. Historically we have identified with our egoic self, thinking that it was our soul and that our mind was our identity. Within the evolution of humanity we now understand that the mind is not a barrier but a portion of universal Consciousness with a tendency to congeal into thoughts or images.

            We are moving beyond a false sense of identity, and liberation is becoming a possibility. Culturally and emotionally we have learned to ride the adrenaline of emotions and time. We are regaining the sense of being in the moment and the meaning of the power of now.

            The power of this moment is the dance of communication with our soul. The silent language of the soul is the impressions, sensations, and feelings that give clarity and reawaken us to our inner being.

            Our better understanding of the egoic self has led us to the desire to understand the entrapment of duality. As we master our challenges, we gain wisdom. Love, intelligence, and wisdom are the true characteristics of soul Consciousness.

            Meditation

There are many techniques meant to lead us to God, but meditation is the one most recognized by the saints and sages, because only in meditation can we see the Inner Self directly. That Being is our innermost Consciousness, and to have a direct experience of it we must turn within. Bart teaches that we cannot attain the Self simply by doing good actions or performing rituals. We attain the Self only through direct knowledge, which makes us one with God. Many meditaters’ become frustrated when their meditations do not evolve or deepen. It is not the purpose of meditation to wander aimlessly. Bart tells us a purpose for meditation is essential. We do not meditate only to relax a little and experience some peace. We meditate to unfold our inner Being. The Upanishad says: “Your heart is always throbbing, always pulsating, Focus your attention on this pulsation, and as you merge your mind into it, your mind will experience the Truth.”
The mind is considered not as a barrier, but rather as a portion of universal Consciousness with a tendency to congeal into thoughts or images. When the outer senses are withdrawn, the posture is aligned, and the body supported, the mind becomes still like the surface of a calm lake. When the breathing is allowed to become quiet and ultimately to become single, prana or life force flows, and the heart is experienced as the one indivisible sky of Consciousness, beyond the body and senses, accessed through the crown chakra. The mind is seated in the heart and we recognize the complete oneness of our individual Self and the Divine.

(how to keep your family allergy & toxin free)

Tea Tree Oil and Non-Toxic cleaning products.

Several months ago, we mentioned using Tea Tree Oil for cleaning, head lice and fish tanks. When you find a product that is not toxic and you can see the results from the use, without getting a headache from the fumes, and it helps to heal and is great for human and pet use: you know you are on the right track.

When I cook with meat, I will wipe down the counters with the cloth and Tea Tree Oil after as a disinfectant. We lost some fish a couple of months ago, and almost lost the last one. We placed about 6 drops of Tea Tree Oil in the tank and we saved the last one. After the last fish started to get black on the fins, we repeated the process of the drops and today, he is still growing in the tank and looking healthy. I will also clean the fish filter with the Oil and rinse really well before replacing the filter. Have used the Tea Tree Oil just on the inside of my ear when it gets irritated. It worked for the dogs ears too. This is a product that works very well with me and my home…

Personally when I shop, I do look at the labels to see what the products contain, and go from there. If the ingredient list is not up to par, I will by pass the product even if it is advertising as environmentally safe. You: being the consumer, is very important. Your health in both your home and business environment is the key factor on how you function during the day and night. I have been in several businesses that I personally would not and could not work in, due to the toxins. You do have a say in what can be used in your business and home.

Milk, rice milk, soya milk, goats milk…..

This is where I get so lost.... Regular milk has growth hormones in it, Soya Milk is being reported as producing the females hormones too fast in the younger girls and what is it doing to the boys(?), Rice Milk tastes like flavored water (probably good for you) and Goats Milk is suppose to be good, yet can the average person afford it?

Have a seven year old grand daughter that gets belly aches from regular milk and the Soya Milk has us worried. Have a 7 month old grandson who will be changing over to a formula soon. Do these formulas have any nutrition to them? They made the granddaughter sick, and the child care facilities enforced making her drink the formulas and regular milk while in their care. Now we have the grandson next to help out…..

What have you done as a parent for your little ones? What is safe for all the kids of all ages? I nursed for nine months and put the kids onto regular milk. Not knowing till years later that milk can cause ear infections, more colds, etc. I know that we can go into the stores and ask, but I would love to hear from you, as the parent and learn through experience what worked for you……… And What the Day Cares will not argue about.

Note; If Horsetail is used for a long period of time, you may want to take additional Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) for better absorption of the B1. The Horsetail will start to interfere with the absorption of the B1
